Well lets say my training for my half has not been following the training weekly miles you are supposed to run but I have a feeling i will be just fine. My goal is to not walk at ALL and to run it in less than 2:30 hours. The thing that will hold me back from that is if I get blisters. I am so prone to getting them so I am praying the bioglide product (just like vasoline) will do the trick and of course my new running accessory the bondi band. I will have a giveaway for 2 bands next week. Stay tuned!!
